HCG is known to have effect on the body fat metabolism, and when combined with low calorie diet, the resulting weight loss mainly involved the adipose tissue, that's the tissue where the fat deposits occur, and result in body reshaping and sculpting. HCG suppresses the appetite and reduces the food intake. The diet consists of low calorie, nutritious diet to prevent other deficiencies during the weight loss period. During the maintenance phase, the calorie intake will be increased and brain centers controlling the appetite are reset to a newer appetite and food requirements leading to long term weight loss maintenance.
